We understand that emergency care is unexpected and can be costly. In order to continue to provide the most advanced emergency veterinary care, the Emergency Animal Hospital of Ellicott City does require payment at the time of services. It is our belief that each client needs to be presented with a treatment plan that includes the cost of care so that they can make an informed decision regarding the treatment option for their pet. A detailed treatment plan will be reviewed with every client before initiating diagnostic testing or treatment.

- We do not accept personal checks, nor do we have the ability to offer in house financing.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
