Exotics

We are pleased to offer both emergency and wellness visits for exotic patients.

Emergency Care: If you think your exotic pet is experiencing an emergency that requires immediate care, please call the hospital immediately to ensure we have a veterinarian on shift that treats exotic patients. We are equipped with advanced veterinary equipment that is specific to the needs of our exotic pets.

Routine Wellness Care: We offer routine wellness appointments for exotic patients. Routine wellness appointments include a full physical exam from the doctor, as well as an extensive consultation on nutrition and husbandry,
and allows the veterinarian to pick up on subtle signs of disease or illness before they progress. Depending on the species, routine wellness care may include the recommendation of certain vaccinations or wellness bloodwork screening.

Sick Visits: If you think your exotic is feeling under the weather, but does not require an emergency visit, please call the hospital or email exotics@eceah.com to request a sick visit for your pet.

Surgery: We are equipped to handle both routine and emergency exotic surgical procedures. Please call the hospital to learn more.

Scheduled appointments for exotic pets are currently offered Mondays and Fridays.
